I have read the book in its entirety and I can say without contradiction that it was well written, factual, entertaining and above all it shows the pivotal role Sir Eric played in Grenada politics. He was charismatic, flamboyant, debonair and also dogmatic. If only he had annointed a capable heir apparent, it is my view that the Grenada United Labour Party would still be a force to be reckon with in Grenadian politics. Some men are born to lead and others are born to follow, Sir Eric was definitely in the former class.
